Service & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of our offerings

Server Side Logics is a software company. We deliver digital services such as web development, mobile apps, custom software, SaaS products, consulting, design, e-commerce builds, and support. We do not ship physical merchandise, so traditional courier / parcel shipping does not apply.

2. How services are delivered

• Custom projects: Deliverables are shared digitally (repositories, staging/production URLs, design files, documentation) according to the agreed milestones.
• SaaS products: Access is provided online after successful signup / payment. Account activation is typically immediate or within a short processing window after payment confirmation.
• Support: Provided by email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels during the support hours stated in the relevant agreement.

3. Delivery timelines

Timelines for custom work are defined in each proposal. SaaS access is usually granted as soon as payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Delays caused by incomplete client information, third-party outages, or payment verification may extend delivery.

4. Service area

We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and serve clients locally and internationally through remote delivery. Physical site visits, if required, are arranged separately in writing.
