Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Server Side Logics provides digital software services and SaaS products. We do not sell physical goods that can be shipped back to a warehouse. This policy explains when refunds may apply to custom project work and digital / subscription products.

2. Custom software projects

Custom web, mobile, design, and consulting engagements are governed by the written proposal or service agreement for that project. Milestone payments are generally non-refundable once the related work has started or been delivered, unless the agreement states otherwise or we fail to deliver an agreed milestone due to our fault.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any unused advance may be refunded after deducting documented bank / payment gateway fees, subject to the signed agreement.

3. SaaS products (including Fleet Yaar)

Subscription products operated by Server Side Logics (such as Fleet Yaar) are digital services. Fees for an active billing period are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated, except where:

• Required by applicable Pakistani law.
• A duplicate / accidental payment is verified.
• We cannot provide the purchased service for reasons solely attributable to us.
• A written promotional refund promise applies.

Product-specific terms on the product website (for example fleetyaar.com) apply in addition to this policy.

4. Returns

Because our offerings are digital services and software access, there is no physical “return” process. Access may be revoked or accounts closed according to the relevant product or project agreement.

5. How to request a refund

Email fahadrk3@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date with your name, payment reference / transaction ID, amount, date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on the bank or payment gateway.
